耐油橡胶制品
Oil resistance usually refers to resistance to non-polar oils: fuel, mineral oil and synthetic lubricants.
Rubber is classified according to oil resistance (polar rubber): CR, NBR, HNBR, ACM, AEM, CSM, FKM, FMVQ, CO, PUR.
Classification of non-oil resistant rubber (non-polar rubber): NR, IR, BR, SBR, IIR, EPR, EPDM.
Fuel resistance:
Fluorine rubber FKM and fluorosilicone rubber FMVQ have the best resistance to fuel oil. The chloroprene rubber and chlorinated polyethylene rubber CPE have the worst fuel resistance.
The fuel resistance of nitrile rubber increases with the increase of acrylonitrile content.
The fuel resistance of chlorohydrin rubber is better than that of nitrile rubber.
Resistance to mixed fuel:
Fluorosilicone rubber FMVQ and fluoroelastomer FKM have the best resistance to mixed fuel oil. Acrylic rubber has the worst resistance to mixed fuels
NBR's mixed fuel resistance increases with the increase of acrylonitrile content.
Fluorine rubber with high fluorine content has better stability to mixed fuel

Resistance to acid and oxidation fuel:
For acid oxidized fuel, the hydroperoxide in acid oxidized fuel can deteriorate the performance of vulcanized rubber. Therefore, the nitrile rubber and chlorohydrin rubber commonly used in fuel systems cannot meet the requirements of long-term use.
Only fluoroelastomers such as fluoroelastomer FKM, fluorosilicone rubber FMVQ, fluorinated phosphazene and hydrogenated nitrile rubber have better performance.
Ordinary nitrile rubber compound cannot work for a long time in acid gasoline at 125 degrees. Only the low-sulfur-sulfur donor activated by cadmium oxide and the nitrile nitrile rubber with white carbon black as the main raw materials can better resist sour gasoline. Increasing the content of acrylonitrile can reduce the permeability of sour gasoline.
Mineral oil resistance:
NBR products are commonly used mineral oil resistant rubbers. The mineral oil resistance of nitrile rubber increases with the increase of acrylonitrile content.
But the high acrylonitrile content nitrile rubber has limited heat resistance. When the oil temperature reaches 150 degrees, hydrogenated nitrile rubber, fluoro rubber FKM, fluorosilicone rubber FMVQ and acrylic rubber should be used.
When the oil temperature reaches 150 degrees, FKM and FMVQ have the best effect. But the cost is high. In order to reduce the cost, it is possible to incorporate less than 50% of acrylic rubber into the fluoro rubber FKM, and the performance of the vulcanized rubber after combined use is not more than 20%.

Resistance to synthetic lubricants:
Similar compatibility principle: polar polymers dissolve in polar solvents, non-polar polymers dissolve in non-polar solvents
EPDM rubber belongs to hydrogen rubber, which expands extremely in hydrogen oil. Silicon rubber in silicone oil, fluoro rubber in perfluorinated hydrogen-carrying liquid, all have large volume expansion.
Synthetic hydrogen resistant lubricants:
The oil resistance of nitrile rubber increases with the increase of acrylonitrile content. The swelling effect of aromatic hydrogens on nitrile rubber is greater than that of aliphatic hydrogens.
NBR with high acrylonitrile content, used for synthetic hydrogen oil resistant to high aromatic hydrogen content.
NBR with medium acrylonitrile content, used for synthetic hydrogen oil resistant to low aromatic hydrogen content.
NBR with low acrylonitrile content, synthetic oil such as paraffin oil used for low expansion. Or where low-temperature flexibility is more important than oil resistance.
The use of hydrogenated nitrile rubber can improve heat resistance, ozone resistance and increase resistance to additives.
Hydrogenated nitrile rubber is suitable for applications with resistance to hot oil at 140-150 degrees. The oil and heat resistance is between nitrile rubber and fluorine rubber.
Fluorine rubber products can withstand 200 degrees of synthetic hydrogen lubricants for long-term work.
Silicone rubber can withstand 200 degrees of synthetic hydrogen lubricants for long-term work. And maintain good flexibility at -60 degrees. It is good for both paraffin oil and PAOS. But it is not resistant to low viscosity synthetic hydrogen oils. Will produce a great expansion.
Chlorohydrin rubber can work for a long time at -40 to +120 degrees of synthetic hydrogen lubricants, and has low air permeability and good ozone resistance. Defects are the corrosion to the mold and the reversion phenomenon after high temperature aging.
The resistance of chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber to synthetic hydrogen lubricants increases with the increase of chlorine content. In the range of -20 to +120 degrees, it can only be used in high-paraffin mineral oil PAOS, and it expands greatly in naphthenic oil and aromatic hydrogen oil.
Polyurethane rubber AU/EU/ can also be resistant to synthetic hydrogen lubricants, but its compression deformation tends to deteriorate as the temperature increases (over 70 degrees). In addition, the hydrolysis resistance is not good.
聚烷基二醇(PAG)合成润滑剂
Under normal circumstances, nitrile butadiene rubber, neoprene rubber, EPDM rubber vulcanizate with appropriate formula can be resistant to PAG synthetic lubricants. However, neoprene and EPDM are not resistant to mineral oil. If there is a little mineral oil in the system, it may cause extreme swelling.
Fluorine rubber is not resistant to PAG synthetic lubricants.
Resistant to organic ester synthetic lubricants

Phosphate resistant synthetic lubricant
Silicone rubber is resistant to phosphate ester synthetic lubricants, but its physical properties are very poor and its use is restricted.
EPDM and butyl rubber can only be resistant to pure phosphate ester, if a small amount of mineral oil is mixed in, it will swell.
Fluorine rubber is not resistant to phosphate ester synthetic lubricants
Two yuan ethylene propylene rubber, three yuan ethylene propylene rubber and butyl rubber, can work for a long time in phosphate ester synthetic lubricants below 121 degrees.
Resistant to silicon-containing synthetic lubricants
Generally, silicone oil is not easy to cause rubber swelling, but it can extract the plasticization in the rubber.
Non-plasticized styrene butadiene rubber, EPDM, nitrile butadiene rubber, hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber, fluorine rubber are resistant to silicone liquids.
Resistant to fluorine element oil
Polyperfluorohydrogen ether is a non-flammable liquid and can be used in the temperature range of 230-260.
In the known rubber, none of them can work in this temperature range for a long time.
EPDM rubber can be used in 100 degrees fluorine element oil.

Resistant to polyphenyl ether liquid
Polyphenyl ether is the most radiation-resistant liquid, and it is extremely stable to high temperature and oxidation.
EPDM rubber can be used in 100 degree polyphenyl ether.
Fluorine rubber can be used at a temperature of 200 degrees. But fluorine rubber is not resistant to radiation.
Chlorinated hydrogen resistant liquid
The chlorohydrogen synthetic liquid is a non-aqueous flame-retardant liquid.
Fluorine rubber and silicone rubber have good effects.
Oil-resistant rubber compounding system
1. Vulcanization system
In general, increasing the crosslink density can improve the oil resistance of the vulcanizate.
在氧化燃料中,用过氧化物或半有效硫化体系硫化的丁腈橡胶的耐油性能优于硫硫化体系。
用过氧化物硫化体系硫化的丁腈橡胶在40°C时稳定性最好,但在125°C氧化燃料时稳定性不理想。而采用氧化镉加硫系统硫化的丁腈橡胶在125度氧化燃料中具有较好的长期抗热老化性能。
2. Filling system and plasticizer
Adding carbon black and white carbon black can improve oil resistance
软化剂应该是不易被油提取的软化剂。最好使用低分子聚合物,如低分子聚乙烯、氧化聚乙烯、聚酯增塑剂和液体橡胶。
The softener or plasticizer with high polarity and high molecular weight is beneficial to oil resistance.
3.抗老化剂
